  • Kintsugi accessories are crafted from porcelain or ceramic pieces, so they require general care when handling. Lacquer is applied which will add some protection, but please avoid exposing them to hard water, harsh chemicals, and ensure they are are not worn in the bath or shower. A little rain should be fine, but be mindful but direct harsh sunlight may affect the gold lacquer over time. It is also recommended to keep them away from salt water.
