Shipping Providers

We use Australia Post as our exclusive shipping provider for both domestic and international orders. Australia Post is reliable and efficient, helping us ensure that your purchases reach you in perfect condition.

Shipping Within Australia

Standard Post (Traceable): Takes 2-5 business days.

We offer:

• Free Shipping on Orders Over $100

• For orders under $100, a flat rate of $7.80 applies.

• Express Post (Traceable): Guaranteed 1-2 business days anywhere in Australia at a flat rate of $11.

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days if in stock. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your orders within 5 business days in Queensland and up to 10 business days in other states.

International Shipping

Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $200

For international orders, items are sent via Australia Post International Standard with a signature required. Deliveries generally take between 5-21 business days, depending on your location.

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that delays due to customs are beyond our control.

Shipping Insurance

For added security, we offer Extra Cover insurance which protects against loss or damage. This option incurs additional fees dependent on the item's value and is selectable at checkout.
